Step 1

Your first step in scheduling your consultation with our private group practice is calling to speak to our dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing the best psychiatric care to our patients. Our team is committed to helping you achieve optimal mental health and well-being. Our staff will assist you in how to setup your first-time consultation appointment. At the time of your call, you will be asked for your insurance information, and we will let you know if we are in-network with your insurance carrier. We also accept out-of-network and self-paying patient consultation appointments. Your demographics will be entered in our system and we will set you up with our Hipaa compliant portal, where you can then start your paper work process and upload your data.

Step 2

Once all documents requested are filled out and received by our office, you will then be contacted to schedule your first consultation at a date and time convenient for you.  Your consultation will be performed via telemedicine through your portal by secure video connection. Our practitioners do respect your time and tend to always be on time for appointments.  Our consultations are scheduled for 45 minutes with you.  If additional time is needed that would be discussed during your consultation and scheduled accordingly. Please make sure if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you give at least 24hr notice to avoid late cancellation/missed appointment charges.

Step 3

Please log into your portal at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and wait for your practitioner to come online.  Your practitioner will review all your data you provided and will discuss recommendations, diagnosis and treatment plan with you.  Please make sure to write down information discussed during your consultation or any questions you may want to ask your practitioner during your consultation.
